This is a plain-language summary of how Hit the Hockey Puck approaches privacy. A formal Privacy Policy is provided to clubs as part of contracting and will govern in case of conflict.

Information we collect

  • Club, coach, and athlete profile information provided by your club.
  • Stickhandling video submissions uploaded by athletes.
  • Coach decisions, tier completions, and reward unlocks.
  • Basic usage telemetry to keep the platform reliable.

How we use it

  • To deliver the platform features your club has signed up for.
  • To assist coaches with AI-based rep, drop, and form analysis.
  • To produce dashboards and progression reporting for your club.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell athlete data.
  • We don't advertise to youth athletes inside the platform.
  • We don't make submissions public by default.

Your control

Clubs control their data. Athletes can be removed, video submissions can be deleted, and clubs can request export of their data at any time.
